Brokers often mix up Tape & Reel (TR), Tube, and Tray packages. Our engineers check the exact package size and packing type before shipping so the parts fit your SMT machines without delay.
Bent pins, oxidized leads, or damp chips cause soldering failures. We check pin flatness under a microscope, bake moisture-sensitive parts per JEDEC standards, and vacuum-seal them with humidity cards.
When a part is out of stock, our engineers compare datasheets, temperature ratings, and pin layouts to recommend safe drop-in replacement parts.
Our 4 Strict Quality Rules
To protect your production line from fake or damaged parts, we strictly follow four rules on every order:
- 1. No Untraceable Market Parts We never buy from unverified street stalls or unknown sellers without supply chain records.
- 2. No Mixed Date Codes Without Approval We never mix different years or batch numbers on the same reel unless you approve it in writing first.
- 3. Real Stock Only (No Fake Quotes) We do not use fake low prices or non-existent stock to trick you into sending an inquiry.
- 4. No Unbaked Moisture-Sensitive Parts We never ship moisture-sensitive chips (MSL 2–6) without proper baking and vacuum dry-packing.
Quality control
Every batch of components passes through our 4-step inspection process (following IDEA-STD-1010-B standards) before entering our warehouse:
Step 1: Label & Packaging Check
We scan barcodes and check part numbers (MPN), date codes, lot numbers, country of origin, and moisture barrier bags.
Wrong labels, fake outer boxes, and broken moisture seals.
Step 2: 200x Microscope Check
We inspect the chip body, surface markings, pin flatness, and metal plating under a 200x high-power microscope.
Sanding marks, bent pins, oxidized leads, and re-tinned used parts.
Step 3: Acetone Chemical Wipe
We wipe the chip surface and printed text with acetone chemical solution.
Blacktopped surfaces (fake coating) and fake reprinted markings.
Step 4: 3D X-Ray & Decap Test
We use 3D X-Ray machines to check the inside wire bonding and silicon die size against original samples. For high-risk parts, we open the cap (Decap) and run electrical tests.
Empty shells, fake internal dies, broken internal wires, and air bubbles.
